XM Studios’ current franchise properties include Disney (Marvel, Star Wars, Alien/Predator, Mickey & Friends), Warner Bros. Consumer Products (DC Comics: Batman, DC Comics: Justice League), Hasbro (G1 Transformers, Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons), Godzilla, Ultraman, Sanrio and more.
XM Studios primarily conceptualises and designs its products in Singapore, and works with international artists around the world with manufacturing in China.
About The Issuer
XM Holdco Pte. Ltd. wholly-owns XM Studios, and is the issuer of the exchangeable notes which are now trading on ADDX.
The exchangeable notes are exchangeable for shares in XM Studios. If the exchangeable notes are not redeemed within 18 months, the notes will mature at an interest rate of 6% per annum.
